The music kinesiology training includes six seminars in which the most diverse techniques for creative stress release are learned and applied. This comprehensive training is aimed primarily at professional and amateur musicians as well as music educators.
The seminar provides insights into the emotional attitude towards one’s own instrument, music and stage performance. We will learn the most important basic techniques of the one-brain system. Topics are tuning into the music, motivation for stage work, stage fright, three-dimensionality of music and spatial perception. For the first time, the instruments are tested in their mythical, material (material such as wood, metal, etc.) as well as spiritual meaning in a large-scale balance for stress factors, because the musician does not choose the material, the form or the sound randomly and is connected with his instrument for decades in a partnership. Experience shows that this balance has a significant effect on the sound quality in singing and instrumental playing.
This seminar focuses on the structural factors of music such as single notes, intervals, keys and composition. The focus is on stress relief for specific musical problems of the musician. Why do I have intonation problems? Why do certain intervals give me trouble? Why do some keys come easily to me in practice, others with difficulty? What do I intuitively perceive from a composition? We will learn new tools for stress relief such as the color-tone barometer and the interval barometer.
The focus will be on „colorful music making.“ In addition to balances on this topic, we will also perform an interesting tone-color exercise. We ask participants to bring, in addition to the instrument and sheet music, colored pencils and a copy of a sheet of music from a piece that will be played in the seminar. This copied sheet of music will serve as the basis for a colorful design.
The seminar does not focus so much on kinesiology testing, but on practical creative work with music. In this respect, the content of this seminar has been revised to offer even more facets to the participants. An essential part of this seminar is dedicated to the topic of music and color. But also the handling of students, respectively their motivation. A main focus is the topic of breathing polarity(solar-lunar). Kinesiological exercises from the „Brain-Gym“ program complete this seminar.
What is the source of the creative power that an artist draws on? The answer may be: from the art he practices, of course. But this is far too narrow a view, because creativity is an expression of how one lives, how one converts energies, and what openness one has to different sources. These can lie in a completely different area than the actual field of study. In this seminar we will specifically explore these questions and create balances for them.
Many artists have problems with self-presentation, because apart from their skills they also reveal a part of themselves. The focus of this seminar is on the questions: Am I ready to show myself on stage? How much energy of the artistic creation comes „across“? How do I strengthen the dialogue with the audience? Interesting aids for answering these questions are the individual powers of expression from an astrological point of view with the zodiac signs and planetary charts.
The goal of the training is to enable students to perceive, perform and teach music holistically.
