Stress-Free-Living (SFL) is a highly effective method for neutralizing the stress that weighs us down every day in our daily lives, our work and our relationships. Those who can handle this stress well can powerfully realize themselves and their life plan.

SFL is composed of three elements:

– Kinesiology testing methods
– tapping acupressure techniques
– conscious, positive, new decisions
